Corporate/Monthly Rates
Bob's Pacific Beach House is offered as a corporate/temporary/short-term rental with a one month minimum. Many technical,
professional, or executive projects nowadays can be accomplished on an off-site basis over the Internet. Treat your star performer or
small team to a luxury stay by the ocean. The house provides high-speed wireless Internet, free calls in the US and Canada, a desk in
the master suite, and a large dining table with view. A printer/copier with wireless print server can be added on request. Five restaurants
are found within two miles, including three you can walk to and one that is a cafe with lattes and WiFi. The house has a full kitchen with
microwave. An organic market is being built two miles away. Pacific Beach can be reached from SeaTac airport in two hours.
Offered as a monthly rental as follows:
$2,500 rent during October, January, February, March, April.
$3,000 rent during September, November, December, May, June.
$8,500 rent during July, August.
$500 refundable damage deposit.
$200 cleaning fee.
No lodging tax.
Employment and income verification required.
Weekly renewal and pro-rated rent after one month minimum.
